What this policy covers

Six pillars of privacy at Jogos99 — from what we collect to how you control your own data.

What data we collect
Full name, CPF, email, phone number, date of birth, IP address, device information, and transaction history. We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, and meet legal obligations — nothing more.
How we use your data
Identity verification (KYC), processing deposits via Pix and other Brazilian payment methods, operating the VIP Program, sending account-related communications, and fulfilling legal obligations to Brazilian authorities. Not used for third-party marketing.
How we protect your data
256-bit SSL encryption on all transmissions, servers with access restricted by multi-factor authentication, card data processed through PCI DSS gateways with no local storage, and continuous monitoring against unauthorized access.
Who we share data with
Only with partners essential to platform operations — payment processors (Pix, PicPay, Mercado Pago), KYC verification providers, and Brazilian authorities when required by law. Never for marketing purposes without your express consent.
Your rights under the LGPD
You have eight rights guaranteed under Law 13.709/2018: access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about data sharing, consent withdrawal, and review of automated decisions. All of them can be exercised by contacting support via email.
Cookies and tracking
Jogos99 uses essential cookies to keep your session active and analytics cookies to improve the platform. No third-party tracking cookies for advertising are placed without your consent. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings.

1. Introduction

The Jogos99 takes the privacy of its users seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how the platform collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of all players registered at jogos99.net.

This document was prepared in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and applies to all products and services of the Jogos99: Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, poker, and the VIP Program.

When you create an account on Jogos99, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of it, we recommend that you do not use the platform. Any questions can be sent to suporte@jogos99.net at any time.

Core principle: The Jogos99 collects only the data strictly necessary to operate the platform safely and in legal compliance. No personal data is sold to third parties, and sharing occurs only in the situations described in this policy.
2. Data Controller

The controller responsible for processing the personal data collected on the platform Jogos99 is the company that operates the website jogos99.net. For privacy-related matters and to exercise your rights as a data subject, please use the channels below:

  • DPO (Data Protection Officer) Email: suporte@jogos99.net
  • Live chat: available 24/7 on the platform
  • Email address: jogos99.net/privacy-policy

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) of Jogos99 is responsible for ensuring that data processing complies with the LGPD and for responding to data subject requests within the legally required timeframes.

3. Data We Collect

Credit or debit card details are not stored on the servers of Jogos99. Processing is carried out directly by PCI DSS-certified payment gateways — the Jogos99 receives only the transaction confirmation, not the card details.

Sensitive data: The Jogos99 does not request or store data classified as sensitive under the LGPD (racial origin, religious belief, political opinion, health, biometrics, etc.), except where required by a specific legal obligation and with the data subject's express consent.
4. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis

The Jogos99 processes personal data based on the legal grounds set out in the LGPD. Each purpose has a corresponding legal basis that justifies the processing.

  • Identity verification (KYC): compliance with legal obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) prevention
  • Processing deposits and withdrawals via Pix, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and cards: performance of a contract with the data subject
  • VIP Program operation and cashback, rakeback, and bonus calculation: performance of a contract with the data subject
  • Account communications (confirmation emails, security alerts, terms updates): legitimate interest and contract performance
  • Monitoring of gameplay patterns for problem gambling prevention: legitimate interest and legal obligation
  • Platform usage analysis for product improvement: legitimate interest, with anonymized data whenever possible
  • Sending promotions and marketing communications: express consent — you may revoke it at any time
  • Compliance with court orders or requests from Brazilian authorities: compliance with a legal obligation

The Jogos99 does not use collected data for any purpose beyond those listed above. If a new purpose becomes necessary, you will be notified in advance and, where applicable, given the opportunity to consent or decline before the new processing begins.

6. Data Retention

The Jogos99 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or to meet applicable legal obligations.

  • Active account data: retained for as long as the account remains active on the platform
  • KYC and financial transaction data: minimum of 5 years after account closure, in accordance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation
  • Customer support data: 2 years after the ticket is closed
  • Access and security logs: 6 months, in accordance with the Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014)
  • Marketing data (with consent): until consent is withdrawn by the data subject

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized so that the data subject can no longer be identified. Early deletion requests from the data subject may be restricted where a legal retention obligation applies — in such cases, the Jogos99 will inform the data subject which data must be retained and for how long.

7. Data Security

The Jogos99 applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or improper destruction.

  • 256-bit SSL encryption: all data transmissions between your device and Jogos99's servers are encrypted
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA): available for all accounts and mandatory for internal administrative access
  • Role-based access control: Jogos99 employees only have access to the data needed to carry out their specific roles
  • Continuous monitoring: intrusion detection and anomaly monitoring systems keep watch over the platform in real time
  • Periodic penetration testing: security audits conducted by independent third parties to identify and remediate vulnerabilities
  • Encrypted backup: data backups are stored on geographically separate servers with encryption at rest

In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, the Jogos99 will notify the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and affected data subjects within the timeframes established by the LGPD, describing the nature of the incident, the data involved, and the measures taken.

Shared responsibility: Keeping your account secure is a shared responsibility. Keep your password private, never share it with anyone, and enable two-factor authentication. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately via live chat for emergency account lockdown.

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

The LGPD guarantees you, as the data subject whose information is processed by the Jogos99, a set of rights that can be exercised at any time by emailing suporte@jogos99.net. The Jogos99 responds to all requests within 15 calendar days.

  • Access: request a copy of all personal data that Jogos99 holds about you

  • Review of automated decisions: request human review of decisions made solely by automated systems that affect your interests
Legal limitations: Some rights may be limited where data processing is required to fulfill a legal obligation — such as the 5-year financial data retention mandated by Brazilian law. In such cases, the Jogos99 will inform the data subject exactly which data must be retained and the legal basis for doing so.

To exercise any of your rights, submit a request to suporte@jogos99.net with the subject line "LGPD Rights — [request type]" and the CPF linked to your account for identity verification. A response will be sent to your registered email address.

10. Minors

The services of the Jogos99 are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over. The Jogos99 does not intentionally collect, store, or process personal data from minors.

Registration requires a valid CPF, and identity verification confirms that all users are of legal age. If data belonging to someone under 18 is identified — for example, due to false information provided during registration — the account is immediately closed, the data is deleted within 72 hours, and the incident is logged for security purposes.

Parents or guardians who identify unauthorized use of the platform by a minor should contact us immediately at suporte@jogos99.net or via live chat for urgent matters.

11. International Data Transfers

Some of the infrastructure providers used by Jogos99 — such as cloud computing services and analytics tools — may process data on servers located outside Brazil. When this occurs, the Jogos99 requires these providers to maintain a level of protection equivalent to that established by the LGPD.

International transfers carried out by the Jogos99 are grounded in:

  • Standard contractual clauses with data protection guarantees equivalent to those of the LGPD
  • Internationally recognized security certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II) held by our providers
  • Transfer to countries with a level of protection deemed adequate by the ANPD

Under no circumstances are personal data transferred to jurisdictions without adequate protection unless safeguards equivalent to the LGPD are in place. The Jogos99 maintains an up-to-date record of providers that carry out international data processing, available upon request to the DPO.

12. Changes to This Policy

The Jogos99 may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in data processing practices, new legal requirements, or improvements to internal processes.

Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email to all active users and through an in-platform notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document always reflects the most recent version in effect.

Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account by contacting support — any available real balance will be returned via Pix within 5 business days.

Applicable law: This Privacy Policy is governed by Brazilian law, in particular the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), the Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014), and the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990). Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP. You may also file a complaint directly with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) if you believe your rights as a data subject have been violated.

Frequently Asked Questions — Privacy at Jogos99

The most common questions about how your data is handled on the platform.

No. The Jogos99 does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only with essential operational partners — payment processors such as Pix, PicPay, and Mercado Pago, identity verification (KYC) providers, and Brazilian authorities when required by law, such as COAF for transactions subject to anti-money laundering regulations. All such partners operate under data processing agreements compliant with the LGPD. No personally identifiable information leaves our partner network for third-party advertising or marketing purposes.

Submit a request to suporte@jogos99.net with the subject line "LGPD Right — Data Deletion" and the CPF linked to the account for identity verification. The Jogos99 will respond within 15 calendar days. It is important to note that some data must be retained by legal obligation even after account closure — financial and KYC data are kept for at least 5 years as required by Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation. In such cases, the Jogos99 will communicate exactly which data is being retained and for how long, while all other data will be deleted.

No. The Jogos99 does not store credit or debit card data on its servers. When you make a card payment, the data is transmitted directly to the PCI DSS-certified payment gateway, which processes the transaction and returns to the Jogos99 only the payment confirmation. The card number, security code, and expiration date never pass through the platform's servers. This means that even in a hypothetical security incident affecting the Jogos99, card data would not be exposed.

While your account is active, your complete betting and transaction history is maintained and accessible from your dashboard. After account closure, financial and transaction data is retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with Brazilian anti-money laundering and fraud prevention legislation. This retention period is not a choice of the Jogos99 — is a legal requirement. Betting history with no direct financial value may be anonymized 2 years after account closure. Technical access logs are kept for 6 months in accordance with the Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014).

In the event of a security incident involving personal data, the Jogos99 has an incident response plan that includes: immediate isolation of affected systems, forensic investigation to determine the scope of the incident, notification to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) within the legally required timeframes, and direct communication to all data subjects whose data was affected, describing the nature of the incident, which data was involved, the potential risk, and the measures taken to mitigate harm. You will also receive guidance on steps to protect your account — such as changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication. The Jogos99 will never attempt to downplay or conceal a security incident.

Privacy at Jogos99: what actually changes for you

Privacy policies are usually documents nobody reads until they have to. At Jogos99, the approach is different: this policy was written to be understood by any Brazilian player, not just specialized attorneys. The idea is that you know exactly what happens with your data before creating an account — not after a bad experience.

The most relevant point for day-to-day use is how financial data is handled. When you deposit via Pix at Jogos99, the Pix key and CPF are verified to confirm that the deposit was made by the account holder. This data is recorded in the transaction history — which is retained for 5 years after account closure as required by anti-money laundering legislation. This is not a platform choice; it is a legal obligation that applies to any financial or betting company operating in Brazil.

Betting history — games played, amounts wagered, results — is used internally by the Jogos99 for two main purposes: calculating VIP Program benefits (cashback, rakeback, monthly bonuses) and monitoring patterns that may indicate problem gambling. The second purpose is part of the platform's responsible gambling commitment and aligns with industry best practices. Monitoring is carried out systemically — no employee of Jogos99 browsing players' betting history out of curiosity or for any purpose beyond those described.

Your contact details — email and phone number — are used primarily for account-related communications: deposit confirmations, withdrawal confirmations, security alerts (such as a login from a new device), and relevant updates to our terms and policy. Promotional emails or SMS messages are sent based on a separate consent — you can revoke it at any time without affecting how your account works. Simply send an email to suporte@jogos99.net or click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email you receive.

The cookie situation is simpler than it looks. The Jogos99 uses three types: essential cookies (which keep your session active — without them, login won't work), functional cookies (which remember your preferences), and analytics cookies (which measure in aggregate how players use the platform). There are no third-party behavioral advertising cookies — no ad network receives data about you or your behavior on the platform.

Regarding international transfers: some of the infrastructure servers used by Jogos99 are located outside Brazil — as is common with platforms that use global cloud computing services. When data is processed outside Brazil, providers operate under contractual agreements that ensure protection equivalent to the LGPD. The Jogos99 does not use providers in jurisdictions lacking adequate data protection regulation.

The eight rights guaranteed under the LGPD can be exercised directly in the Jogos99. No bureaucratic forms required — just send an email to suporte@jogos99.net along with the CPF associated with the account is sufficient. The response period is up to 15 calendar days. Most requests — data access, correction of information, withdrawal of consent — are processed more quickly. Erasure requests that require additional verification (such as confirming there is no legal retention obligation) may use the full period.

In the event of a violation of your rights as a data subject, you may — in addition to contacting the DPO of the Jogos99 — file a complaint directly with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD), the Brazilian regulatory body responsible for overseeing LGPD compliance. The Jogos99 fully cooperates with the ANPD in any investigation related to personal data processing on the platform.
